Bridgeland Distillery Gewurztraminer Brandy

Tasting Notes

Its luxurious aroma is a creamy mix of vanilla and old wood with a hint of fresh figs.  Late season Okanagan grapes provide a lightly sweet palate, with young oak undertones. The finish highlights what this brandy is made of (Gewurztraminer!) and lingers for a long time with a hint of ripe peaches.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, this brandy has distinct aroma of Creme brulee & beachwood. The palate is balanced between sweetness and acidity that matches the Moscato grapes this delicate brandy was made from. A sweet, spicy, warming finish brings it home, with a subtle lingering licorice flavour.

Bridgeland Distillery Limoncello

Tasting Notes

A Limoncello like no other you have tasted! Bridgeland Distillery's take on Limoncello is unique with a reduction on both bitternes and sweetness to produce a well balanced and delicate product.

Fresh aromas of spring apple blossoms with a touch of early summer honey.  The acidity of the lemons combines with the sweetness of honey provides a balanced palate.  The finish is a light refreshing sweetness.

This Amaro was first commissioned by five Calgary entrepreneurs in which Spolumbo’s is at the heart of their “Friday Club” where family, food and fun come first.  Our inspiration in developing this Amaro made in Bridgeland comes from these hard working Calgarians who have never forgotten where they came from.
