1.5 oz. Bridgeland Taber Corn Berbon
3 oz. Lemon juice
1.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Steps:
Shake all ingredients with ice for 1 minute
Pour over ice in a chilled glass
Garnish with a lemon wheel

Grappolo from Gewurztraminer
0.5 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Espresso
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Steps:
Shake all ingredients for 1 minute
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Or for a Caffe Corretto, just add a couple dashes of Bridgeland Eau De Vigne Unaged Grappolo to a shot of espresso of your liking

0.75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz. Almond Syrup
1 egg white
Steps:
Shake all ingredients with ice EXCEPT egg white.
Strain & Dump ice
Add all ingredients back into shaker with the egg white and shake for 1 minute
Pour into a coupe glass

0.5 oz. Blackcurrant Liqueur
1 oz. Orange juice
1 oz. Cranberry juice
1 oz. Grapefruit juice
Steps:
Shake all ingredients and pour over ice
Garnish with a grapefruit half-wheel

1 oz. Bridgeland Brandy
Gewurztraminer or Moscato
0.5 oz. Creme de Cacao
1 oz. Fresh cream
Dash of chocolate bitters (if you have any)
Steps:
Shake all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice until frothy
Strain into a Coupe or Martini glass
Garnish with a sprinkle of Nutmeg

2 oz. Italian Soda (lemon)
3 oz. Prosecco
Steps:
Filll glass with ice
Pour in Limoncello
Add soda
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with a basil leaf
