On the nose, this brandy has distinct aroma of Creme brulee & beachwood. The palate is balanced between sweetness and acidity that matches the Moscato grapes this delicate brandy was made from. A sweet, spicy, warming finish brings it home, with a subtle lingering licorice flavour.

Coming from a single distillery via a single malt house, sourced from a single field of a single farm.This barley comes from field NE4-37-27-W4M at Hamill farm and has been malted at Red Shed Malting in Penhold, Alberta. Bow Glacier Water, premium ingredients married with our passion is where this whisky begins.
Tasting Notes
Dried fruits, honey, cloves and freshly cooked brioche on the nose. Creamy mouthfeel initially hit the tongue. Delicate lightly roasted barley is tasted first and reveals soft vanilla cream, nutmeg and pleasant subtle pepper spiciness. The spice peaks and falls to a clean finish, warm and pleasant.

Tasting Notes
An alluring nose of lightly pressed grape skins with a hint of tropical fruits like lychee. Big sweet mouthfeel with a hint of ginger. Similar to what a reposado provides to a silver tequila, the mellow finish reveals what is great about carefully aged grappolo!

Tasting Notes
Its luxurious aroma is a creamy mix of vanilla and old wood with a hint of fresh figs. Late season Okanagan grapes provide a lightly sweet palate, with young oak undertones. The finish highlights what this brandy is made of (Gewurztraminer!) and lingers for a long time with a hint of ripe peaches.

Tasting Notes
A combination of buttery sweet caramel aroma and fresh straw on the nose reminiscent of freshly harvested fields of Corn and Wheat. Black pepper on the front of the palate that transforms into velvety dried apricot flavours and a mellow finish on the back of your tongue. Lingering hints of sarsaparilla stays with you before your next sip.

Tasting Notes
Fresh Apricots and White Peaches with delicate floral aromas of Lily of the Valley fill the glass. The original Moscato Canelli grapes come through reflective of the extended chilled fermentation. A beautiful balance of citrus and sweetness on the palate with hints of grapefruit and a refreshing crisp finish. There is no doubt a strong personality to this spirit which the name suggests.

Eau de Vigne Grappolo from Gewürztraminer, macerated with Chamomile flowers and added a touch of Calgary spring harvest honey from bee hives in Parkdale.
Sweet Chamomile on the aromas. The palate is complex with a great balance between the chamomile and honey. The finish last and create a need to come back for more.

A Limoncello like no other you have tasted! Bridgeland Distillery's take on Limoncello is unique with a reduction on both bitterness and sweetness to produce a well balanced and delicate product.
Fresh aromas of spring apple blossoms with a touch of early summer honey. The acidity of the lemons combines with the sweetness of honey provides a balanced palate. The finish is a light refreshing sweetness.

Single Pot Still Whisky is made by a single distillery from a mixed mash of malted and unmalted barley distilled in a Pot Still. Raw & Malted Barley and Oats are part of this special Whisky’s grain bill. This Single Pot Still Whisky has been distilled 3 times and aged in different casks (American oak, French oak, new and used).
Tasting Notes
Orchard fruits on the nose, particularly apple and pear. Subtle sweetness lingering.The palate is floral, sweet and delicate with a great thick mouthfeel. Hints of baked spices.The finish linger and reveal a hint of sherry.

This Amaro was first commissioned by five Calgary entrepreneurs in which Spolumbo’s is at the heart of their “Friday Club” where family, food and fun come first. Our inspiration in developing this Amaro made in Bridgeland comes from these hard working Calgarians who have never forgotten where they came from.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, this herbal brandy liqueur is aromatic with a hint of sweet vanilla and star anise. The palate is made of bittersweet chocolate, lightly spiced with a touch of sweet caramel. The finish is mainly orange, fennel and a long lingering gentian brightness.

Our young 3 grain whisky provides a nice vanilla aroma mixed with the cloves and cardamon of the bitters. The palate provides a nice orange flavour with a hint of vanilla. The warm finish bring the bitter touch forward.

Aromas of chamomile, oranges and black cherry fill the glass with a hint of oregano. The bitterness of the radicchio Amaro is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the vermouth. A peach flavour lingers on the tongue reminding you of an incredible Berbon cocktail at the distillery.
